New API requests
If the endpoint you're looking for is not available in the existing Enterprise API nor the upcoming work (see above), then create a story on your team's board and add the tag "CoreAPI". The team will copy over the story and initiate the work.

Issues with APIs
Check the portal news to see if your issue has been identified. Otherwise:
Please create a KSS incident with assignment group "Enterprise APIs" and a description of the issue. If the issue is with a product that is using the APIs, please create assign the issue to the product assignment group.
